The pandemics occur when a new pathogen to which people have little or no immunity and there is no response proper prior medical. The disease spreads easily among people and can extend for several countries. Through measures such as border closures and restrictions travel, may delay the arrival of the disease, but it's hard to stop.
The word means AIDS acquired immunodeficiency syndrome.
