Back from the dead
In the first
decades of the century past, an employee warned that one of the vaults had a drawer on the floor. In an attempt to find out what happened, removed the lid and found the body, died the previous day, scratched, beaten and chip debris between the nail in the coffin. It was a replica of the worst nightmares of Edgar Allan Poe literary, a doctor confirmed that the man, who suffered from epilepsy, died of cardiac arrest, but after a few hours, his heart had returned to work, to return to stop in a desperate attempt to escape from his dreary confinement.

They say, for several years, a woman went to the cemetery with a radio playing increasingly Gimnasia y Esgrima de La Plata. One afternoon, one of the employees spoke with her and told her that turn on the device next to the grave, to hear his father, who was a fan of "Lobo." He also lit a cigarette, because when he played her love box smoked a lot.

We found documents indicating that Beuf had commissioned works by French sculptor Henri Allouard , who accepted the job and sent sketches of how they would be. But then the director of the observatory was killed and the new authorities will respond to Alloard not have the money to pay the sculptures, so they were never brought to La Plata .

After finding these documents along with the sketches submitted by Allou

The mystery of the piano

This story is a publication that was made in the newspaper Today, over one of the stories he tells Ramón D. Tarruella in his book "Myths and legends La Plata "

The following legend took place, say, in the quiet town of La Plata City Bell. Among the birds chirping and the soft whine of the trees swaying in the wind, appeared in a strange family neighborhood that catches the attention of neighbors.

movie seemed out of a World War II. All four were very white and they looked like refugees from Eastern Europe. The woman with a black scarf on his head, the husband robust, front, carrying two large suitcases and two small children, frail and frightened, carrying small bags and taken from the iron hands of her mother.

The striking family settled in a modest house with private entrance and courtyard car in Boston Street, in an era where there were many vacant lots and Bell City had not yet at its best the opulence of the mansions and villas contemporaries.

"There were times when a Boston street between 1 and 4 was called 'the suburb'. Just two drops fell and the area became a mud, flooded corners and frequent power outages, "said Ramon Tarruella, who developed a local legend in his book Myths and Legends of La Plata, urban Brief histories.

After settling in "the suburbs", the presence of this remarkable family began to elicit comments on of the neighborhood residents. Some said they were Nazis who escaped from the war, some speculated that they were members of the nomadic gypsy nation, other, somewhat frightened, said they were members of a cult.

neighbors' comments were as plentiful as few movements of the family. As known, the father worked from dawn to dusk and rarely, if ever, was at home. The woman, always dressed in black rigorous old-fashioned clothes, took a hard look and behave hermit. Children, a boy and a girl, like two angels white with a fragile temper-style porcelain. By order of the mother never took to the streets, which triggered the intrigue of the neighborhood boys.

Every so often, between the curtains covering the front windows of the house, hover through the snowy face of the boy in the house. His eyes bulging, expression trembling and scary and occasionally looked at the boys while playing in the street. This striking watch

aroused the curiosity of the boys, who, because they look pale and trembling, he immediately thought he was possessed by the devil or been vampirized by an evil force.

One afternoon, while the boys were playing on the sidewalk, began to be heard in the distance the muffled sound of a piano. It was a wonderful melody, hypnotic, who managed to stop the football games that evening to go in search of the sound source.

As drawn by a magnet, the guys were moving up to the gate the strange house that housed the most unusual family in the neighborhood. They discovered that the performer of such increases was lovely chords and the girl's house that killed his hours of confinement playing incredible melodies full of expression and feeling.
No missing kid on the block that is not secretly in love with this little princess dreaming foreign release of sentenced confinement. On the odd

family said they were Nazis, members of a sect of evil or to aliens who were carrying out a secret mission citybelina. Rumors continued

increase, but one day, without anyone noticing, the family left the house. From the outside only looked a renault 12 without the four decks and heard the barking of a dog sign on the back of the house.

"Time passed and the house remained closed, the piano in silence, the car in the same place and the family still missing. We no longer were heard barking dog, "he said Tarruella.

The neighborhood kids decided to go to the back of the house to see if they had taken the dog. Moved forward slowly until a foul smell alerted of what had happened to that animal. When they reached the backyard they found the dog in a complete state of decomposition, wormy, and still tied to the chain could never come loose.

"They were just Nazis. Clearly, the Nazis hate the dogs, so he explains what they did to this poor pooch, "said a distraught old neighbor.
Since that day, the abandoned house became a meeting place everyday. Using the entire surface of the surrounding courtyard to play, but never entered the house.

One day, amidst a quiet afternoon when no one heard but the chirping of birds, the sound of a siren altered the gentleness of the area.

A crew of firefighters was present in "the suburbs" and went straight to the abandoned house that had been refuge from the strange family. Front housing were located from the neighborhood and saw flames consumed everything.

Some time later, the boys went back to the house. They went room by room and watched the fire had burned everything. But to get to a room, an unexpected blood froze the present: the grand piano, the same that she could get sweet phrasing, was in perfect condition. The fire had destroyed everything, ignored the instrument and left intact the memory of the melodies that played the girl and her strange and mysterious family.

How Do Mice Communicate With One Another

Draining Lake

Today I leave a small curiosity that I read about the Lake Forest: During 1964, the lake found there was completely emptied by court order, as they wanted a weapon with which a homicide had occurred. Eventually could not be found in the muddy bottom, which was visible only broken bottles and rusty cans.
